Políticas orientadas para a igualdade
Um novo conceito em políticas públicas?

O artigo é dedicado à apresentação e avaliação de uma perspectiva abrangente da concretização do direito fundamental à igualdade, constituída de Políticas Orientadas para a Igualdade, ou POIs. Discute-se primeiramente o delineamento do conceito de POIs. Em seguida, desenvolve-se uma sistematização básica das POIs, e, então, indica-se as alternativas de aplicação de tal noção para uma melhor informação e compreensão do uso destas políticas na prática.
